“I never realized that I needed or wanted a postpartum doula. Part of me is grateful that my labor went the way it did so that I was able to recognize this need and want. I also believe it helped mold me into the parent I am. Now I see that no matter how one’s labor goes, postpartum care for the mother is so wildly important. In order for me to provide nourishment and love and attention to our baby, I needed that from you (in addition to the rest of my tribe), as each of you provided for me so differently and in such valuable ways that I really could not have done without any of you.

I loved all of the ceremonies and how whenever you came over there was instantly a space just for me to process and heal and talk or do whatever felt good in that moment. It’s so incredible how quickly our love and friendship blossomed. You truly have a way with people. I am so grateful to my friend for leading me to you and having you as part of my postpartum journey. I will always remember that ‘hygiene is not self care,’ nourishing your body and soul are so important when caring for yourself and your child (specifically the watering the plant metaphor) and that everything can and should be beautiful if you take a moment to just observe and add a little bit of dried flowers or butter or honey or salt (!!) lol.

Thank you for these last 6 weeks. The nourishing food, the bodywork, the constant attention to my needs and desires, the openness to process whatever I was feeling and of course, your innate ability to make even the simplest things oh so beautiful.

And - your food deserves its own paragraph of praise - as you are thee best cook/ chef/ creator in the kitchen! We were blown away by every single thing you made for us (in both taste and presentation). Truly remarkable.” -R.S.

TESTIMONIALS

“I am so grateful for Francesca’s tender care and nourishment after the birth of my daughter.

I knew I wanted to gift myself healing meals and attention, but Francesca surpassed my expectations of what postpartum care might look like.

Her food was simply delicious (another element that surpassed my expectations!). It was prepared with love, only the best in season organic ingredients, and real thought and care went into what my body needed during this time.

It bears repeating just how good the food was (I will never forget the goji berry hormone bar!), and it was so elegantly prepared and presented. Everything comes in glass containers, carried in a cotton canvas bag, accompanied by a gorgeous handwritten note outlining the meals and various ingredients (and often a stunning flower arrangement).

Francesca has the most wonderful energy. She is passionate about the work she provides, and puts real thought, care, and time into it all. You can tell she loves what she does and believes deeply in taking care of the birthing parent in this fragile, exciting, vulnerable, and expansive transition period.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience working with Francesca. I am forever grateful for her services.” - H.S.

Treatments and rituals are centered around self-care and birth integration, including abhyanga-style massage, belly binding, sitz baths, foot soaks, herbal baths, and scalp massage. Practical guidance is also available for infant care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing techniques.

This offering honors postpartum as a portal—a place where healing, identity, and strength come together. Here, the Mother is seen, supported, and gently guided into her next chapter.

THE SANCTUARY

Six weeks of nourishment + two in-home sessions per week.

The Sanctuary is a complete postpartum container. With two 3-hour in-home sessions each week, plus food and custom rituals, it is the most immersive and intimate level of care I offer.

Designed for the Mother who wants to feel fully supported—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—this tier is about entering Motherhood slowly, with reverence.

Each visit is shaped around your needs: bodywork, ceremony, practical support, space for grief or joy, or simply being witnessed.

“As you step into Motherhood, my goal is to help you uncover your deepest confidence and strength.

By creating an environment that's both nurturing and well-structured, a fresh Mother blossoms into her new role. It's a bit like planting a seed in a well-tended garden—we give it the right care and watch it thrive. There's this beautiful process where you start to see your vulnerabilities not as weaknesses, but as parts of yourself that you're learning to understand. And in that understanding, there's a power that comes from embracing the new chapter of Motherhood. It's a journey, unique to each of us, where resilience is the hero of our story.”

I have learned that my presence can go far in helping a woman come into her role as Mother. I've found a deep connection in harnessing the power of beauty, nourishment, and ceremony to facilitate this transition—offering a sense of grounding, comfort, and healing to not just the physical being, but also the ethereal self.

Each offering is more than a service—it’s a devotion to your unfolding.

“The drumbeat to the rhythm of my heart and its sound vibrated and reverberated through me. The sound my baby experienced for most of her life. I was reminded this was the sound of my mother’s heartbeat and the sound of all other mother’s heartbeats both here and in the past whose hearts have beat lovingly for their children.”
